why would ANYONE want to ruin a perfectly good hamburger with peanut butter?! Peanut butter rots your soul! blech!
hey...top this....after reading about this horrible monstrosity, i was watching Bizzare Foods with Andrew Zimmern on the travel channnel...he is this guy that will eat anything...he had one of these and said it was great.....somehow, i dont believe that from a guy that will eat anything.
well...that's where Geoff got it from...
I gotta say, it's actually pretty good. I totally understand the inclination that it would suck. The idea of peanut butter on a hamburger is pretty gross.
On the other hand, people serve savory stuff with peanut sauce all the time, and the sweetness of the peanuts goes pretty well with the savory flavor of the dish. That's kind of what the Guber Burger is like. You'd really have to try it to understand it, because the sum of all the ingredients is much more than the individual ingredients themselves.
I make these all the time friends and family love them.
