OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada's Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the case of a man who said he lost interest in sex after he found two dead flies in an unopened bottle of drinking water.
Waddah Mustapha sued the bottling company, saying he had suffered psychological damage, including depression, phobia, anxiety and damage to his sex life after the unpleasant 2001 discovery.
He won C$340,000 ($343,000) in damages in a lower court, but the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that he had not proved his case.
"Mr Mustapha must show that it was foreseeable that a person of ordinary fortitude would suffer serious injuries from seeing the flies in the bottle of water he was about to install. This he failed to do," the court said.
Mustapha said he vomited after finding the fly and now found it hard to shower. He also said he was afflicted by visions of flies walking over feces.
Mustapha -- who will lose the award and must pay the costs of the case -- was not immediately available for comment.

in my search for a new pair of flip flops, i found a pair of shoes that i really really want....and they're only $40.....and i need some new shoes before school starts....but i don't want to ask my mom to get me them for my birthday because i want her to get me JOURNEY tickets for my birthday.........Journey is coming on August 7th......and i REALLY want to go......but the tickets are like 50-70 dollars........so i can't get both for my birthday.......

my flip-flops that i got after sixth grade broke and it made me really sad.....but i got new ones....they came in the mail yesterday....YAY.........and i like them....

so....we do nothing when we don't have school....i would much rather not have summer break and just get school over with, but whatever....last night we went to a pool party and it was fun for the last half hour when fifteen people were all playing "dive for the quarter".....it seems dangerous......but who cares.....now i'm just eating popcorn and watching family feud....it's really sad because i HATE J. Peterman or whatever his real life name is and he is terrible at hosting game shows.....but i found out that i am really good at Jeopardy......that is the most fun that i have all day is watching jeopardy........kinda sad...

So, right now i'm sitting in fourth block and watching a video about Google....i find it really interesting but i'm the only one in the whole class watching it....everyone else is just watching movies and tv shows on the internet or sleeping....but i really just want to go home and sleep....tomorrow and wednesday i have exams and then school is over forever....(til august)......
